Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

At TrainerStash, we understand that for collectors, the condition of the box is just as important as the cards inside. Every order is packed with care to ensure your items arrive in the condition you expect.

1. Fulfillment Timeline

  • Processing Time: Most orders are dispatched within 48–72 hours (Monday – Friday).
  • Drop Events: During major "New Drop" events, please allow an additional 24 hours for processing due to high volume.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We use reliable, tracked services to ensure your order is monitored from our door to yours.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

 

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide to the global Pokémon community.

  • European Delivery: 5–10 business days.
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days.
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their home country. TrainerStash is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

4. Secure Packaging Guarantee

  • Packs & Mystery Bundles: Shipped in stay-flat rigid mailers or bubble-lined envelopes to prevent bending.
  • Sealed Boxes: Shipped in double-walled cardboard boxes with ample void-fill (bubble wrap/paper) to prevent corner dings.

 

5. Tracking & Delivery

  • Notifications: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal.
  • Safe Place: If you request a "Safe Place" delivery with the courier, TrainerStash cannot be held liable for items stolen or damaged after the courier has confirmed delivery to that location.

 

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have left our facility. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.

 

7. Missing or Delayed Packages

In the rare event that a package is delayed, please allow 10 business days for UK orders and 25 business days for international orders before a package is officially declared "lost." After this window, we will initiate a claim with the courier and provide a replacement or refund.
