Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and provide a pre-paid shipping label. Upon arrival, your cards undergo a professional verification process to confirm quantity and condition. Once verified, your payout, either Bank Transfer or Store Credit, is issued immediately to your account.
Please ship cards in solid cardboard boxes (like BCW storage boxes or similar). Avoid using excessive tape directly on cards or "brick-wrapping" them in saran wrap, as this can damage the edges. Ensure there is no "rattle" in the box by using bubble wrap or paper as filler.
Yes. To keep our processing times fast and payouts high, cards must be separated by the categories found in the calculator (e.g., all Holos together, all V/EX together). If they arrive unsorted, a £3 per 1,000 cards fee will be deducted from your final total.
Currently, we only accept English-language Pokémon cards for our bulk service. We do not accept code cards or energy cards.
Once your cards arrive, our team typically verifies the count and condition within 2–3 working days. Once confirmed, payments (Bank Transfer or Store Credit) are processed immediately.
